The day started with some more of the sweet potatoes hash with scrambled eggs and sausage. It was delicious, especially with a dash of frank's and half an avocado.
Lunch was some more what I made yesterday. Korean BBQ ribs, london broil, and brussel sprouts.
Dinner was at a friend's house for his birthday and I had a piece of salmon and some veggies. I stayed away from the cupcakes and didn't have any. So proud of myself :)
The day started out a little hectic because I didn't get a chance to make breakfast before hand. So I had to wake up a little earlier and made some scrambled eggs. I topped it off with half an avocado. Not the best breakfast, but it's better than eating nothing.
Lunch was a little bit of rice with some korean bbq ribs, london broil, and I bought some kimchi from whole foods.
Dinner was some more of the london broil with some potatoes and a little bit of rice with shrimp curry.
I was so hungry that I forgot to take a picture. Oops!!
